• 300 g broccoli rabe

  • 80 g finely diced CICIONI

  • 1 pear, sliced thinly and then into matchsticks

  • ¼ thinly sliced leek

  • 30 ml extra virgin olive oil

  • salt

  • pepper



Toss the leeks with the oil, salt and pepper.

Add the broccoli rabe to the leeks with the cubed CICIONI and pears, toss and serve immediately
