• 300g kale leaves

  • 80g CICIONI, diced

  • 1 avocado, peeled and sliced

  • 30ml extra virgin olive oil

  • 10ml lemon juice

  • paprika flakes

  • dried thyme or mint

  • salt



Sprinkle the lemon juice over the avocado slices. Dress the kale with the oil, salt, paprika and thyme.

Add the avocado slices and diced CICIONI to the kale and serve immediately.
