• 200 g red peppers

  • 80 g CICIONI

  • 40 ml extra virgin olive oil

  • 10 ml agave or maple syrup

  • grated zest of half a lemon with a few drops of lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp paprika flakes (optional)

  • dried oregano

  • salt

METHOD

Combine all the ingredients and blend with a hand blender. Store in a sealed container in the fridge.
