Tomato, Rdish and Cicioni Salad

  • 500 g fresh mixed tomatoes

  • 100 g radishes

  • 80 g diced CICIONI

  • 30 ml extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 bunch basil and thyme

  • 1 clove chopped garlic (optional)

  • salt

DIRECTIONS

Slice the tomatoes and radishes.
Dress with the oil, salt, thyme, basil and garlic.
Add the diced CICIONI and serve.
The salad is even better if it sits in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
